I’m very disappointed with my recent service. My Volvo’s AC wasn't working, and I need the car for my kids' school pickup. I drove 1.5 hours on a hot day with a busy work schedule to bring the car in, specifically asking for an urgent AC fix. This dealership immediately helped me out with a problem that three other places could not in a timely manner. One was another Volvo dealership that gave me a 5 week waiting time. The car is my granddaughter’s and I needed to have the issue safely fixed. I am extremely grateful to Ira Volvo Cars South Shore for their service.

Just another dealership making crazy money. The shop is clean. My advisor, Taylor was wonderful along with the shop manager Courtney she was also wonderful. Issue with a very small backup battery total cost $484.05. Took a little more than a hour. $396.88 labor 95.62 battery 52.30 shop waste. 9.25 tax. I knew it going in because the Volvo computer is locked out to most shops.

Rockland, Ma dealership. My XC90 experienced, chronic total console and control failure affecting the safety of the vehicle, this included, but wise not limited to the defroster and other crucial operational controls at three years of age with under 40,000 miles. Subsequently, the vehicle failed inspection due to a software update recall that was the root cause of this issue. Don’t even bother bringing your Volvo anywhere else but Ira South Shore Volvo, just keep on driving by any others. Outstanding customer service and the technicians are gifted geniuses that actually fix your car issue and you can drive it out same day, if not, they will extend an offer of a rental car.

I was kept aware of everything that was going on in a difficult situation with my car, my extended warranty, which questionable whether or not they were gonna cover, but they end up covering it and the communication from the service department was tremendous I was given a loaner which really helped.
