Great service from start to finish. Took my car in for a multi-point inspection and a concern with my suspension. Volvo had a promo for complimentary inspections and took a look at it in a timely manner - Updates were provided accordingly. The dealership has great amenities and provided a great atmosphere for me to work while I waited. To top it off, they provided a complimentary wash as well. One of the best dealership experiences I’ve had. Will definitely return for any service/maintenance

Overpriced service and loss of integrity. Agreed upon service with service specialist on invoice changed between our agreement over phone and time of payment- to charge me $500 more. When I mentioned this I was met with -we follow this service electronically and I couldn’t be right. This was corrected without apology or recognizing their misunderstanding. Very disappointing. We bought our car from this dealer and have had cars serviced here for years. We are moving on-
They charged for everything. They total price got different end. They charged for trash too. Never go back there. Oil change and cabin air filter total $281👎👎👎

Ira Volvo South Shore were super helpful. I had issue with my car where the battery died, they not only quickly sent someone to jump start the battery but upon figuring out that that solution isn't working they made an on premise appointment to work on the car. Chuck who was working with me on the service department was helpful in explaining the process as well as the timeline.

Bought a used certified hybrid vehicle. Took day off to get a ride to dealer to pick up car, gave 4 days notice. Upon pickup no inspection sticker, no charge on battery 1/4 tank of gas. Salesman could not set up telematics system. Then said software update was needed. When pressed admitted something was wrong with vehicle. I asked how something could be broken if it had an inspection for certification and he's had 4 days to get car ready. No response. This turned into a loaner car because the vehicle that is certified needed repairs to parts relating to start button. ...
